Refund and Returns Policy
floralXPRESS.in holds the rights to cancel the order prior to informing the customer. Orders can be cancelled for any reasons like unavailability of products, error in product pricing information, logistical issues, or any unforeseen situation that may arise.
You are required to fill up your contact information before placing an order on floralXPRESS.in. Our team will attempt once to get in touch with you prior to or post cancelling your order on the contact details that you have provided.
We process same day delivery orders immediately and they cannot be modified or cancelled in any case. You can ask for modifications to your order only if it has not been prepared. You can get in touch with our support team on (+91) 8801720243 / info@floralxpress.in (10:00 hours to 21:00 hours, Monday to Saturday) to request modifications or cancellation of your order.
In case you order is prepared or out for delivery then it cannot be cancelled or modified, you will be charged for the order.
Modifications or cancellation of order is not possible for personalised products. There will be no refunds or returns for personalised products.
For Plant and flower orders, you can contact us 12 hours prior to the date and time of delivery for modification in the order. For order cancellation, give us a call within three hours after placing the order to get 100% refund. You will get 50% refund if you contact us 24 hours before your order delivery time and 0% refund if you contact us with less than 24 hours remaining for your order delivery.
cancellation of order is only possible if you contact us 48 hours prior to your order delivery time.
